I received a different size/finish than I ordered

It does happen, all be it very rarely. We will replace your order with the correct one, We may ask you to send us the incorrect order back, at no charge to you. Providing the product is returned in its original packaging and undamaged.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size

No problem. Just return the order. When we receive the legs in its original packaging and undamaged, we will refund you 50% cost of the order.

What if I don't like the legs?

We cannot honour a buyer's simple change of mind. We have a lot of back and forth communication with our customers to help with DIY recommendations. Ultimately, we cannot guarantee compatibility with all shapes, materials, weights, etc.

We do our best to ensure our customers understand what they are getting. However, every situation is different, and sometimes it just doesn't work out. In the end, we want to be sure that you are happy and will do what we can to make it right.
